To help us plan our future workshop programme please email service@spellboundbead.co.uk, or call us and let us know the type of thing you are interested in.  The more we understand what you would like, the better our workshop programme will be.

Beginners with Ellen - 10am to 12.30pm plus an extra half hour for shopping at the end of your class should you wish to stock up your stash.
£30 includes all materials for your class.  
 
In this class Ellen will demystify the wonderful world of making jewellery and show you just how easy it is to start making your own unique pieces.  In the class you will:-
Learn to make a simple Necklace, Bracelet and a pair of earrings.
Learn techniques for a professional looking finish, when stringing beads using tigertail or needle and thread.
Learn to turn a basic wire loop to make simple earrings.
Choose from Pink and purple, Silver and black, teal and turquoise; topaz and amber or red and gold bead packs - please let us know at the time of booking which colour bead pack you would like for the class. 

Tassels and Tassel Top Beads with Vicky, two separate but complementary classes on the gorgeous art of tassel making.  

Book both tassel workshops together for the special price of £60 saving £5.  Next date TBA
The morning class covers all the basic theories and techniques for creating a beaded tassel using a pre-made tassel top bead.  In the afternoon Vicky will then look at creating your own hand crafted beaded bead for a tassel top and some more decorative techniques to embellish your tassel strands.
 
Tassel Morning - 9.30am to Midday - Basic Tassel Making £30. 
 In this class you will:-
Learn how to make a beaded stranded tassel using seed and bugle beads and a feature top bead
Learn how to choose colours for your tassel strands to complement a decorative tassel top bead
Choose from a selection of bead colour combinations to make your finished tassel.
Expect to take away one completed tassel that you have created in this class.

Tassel Afternoon - 1pm to 4pm - Make a Beaded Bead for a Tassel £35
In this class you will:-
Learn how to make a decorative beaded bead 
Learn techniques to further embellish tassel strands
Choose from a selection of bead colour combinations
You will complete at least one beaded bead in this class and learn all the techniques you need to create embellished tassel strands
 
Book both tassel workshops together for just £60 and enjoy a whole day of tassel making

Swags & Tails Bauble Workshop - 10am to 3.30pm - £40
Join Vicky to make one of our oldest and most popular bauble designs. Available in a range of colours to suit everyone’s Christmas décor this bauble is perfect for those new beaders who want to dip their toes in to the world of Spellbound Festive Beading.  You should complete the project in the workshop, but if not we will cover everything you will need to do to finish the bauble at home. There will be a 30 minute lunch break and 30 minutes to indulge in some bead shopping at the end of the day.
 

 We hope to add more dates early next year.  If there is something you would like to learn with us please let us know.  

Important Booking Info

All workshop prices include the materials you will use in your class, and illustrated worksheets of the techniques and designs you have learned to take home with you.

Light refreshments (tea/coffee/squash) and biscuits will be provided during the workshop.  If you have any allergies please let us know at time of booking.
There will be a maximum of eight people in a workshop.  Children from 9 to 15 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

We regret due to us being in an old building full of steps we are not fully accessible.  The workshops are held on the ground floor but there is a steep step between the workshop area and the bathroom.
 
To book a place please call us on 01543 417650.  Workshop fees are payable in full to secure a place and this is non-refundable.
 
If you are part of a group and would like to book a day or half day just for you we can put on a workshop for groups of 8 people.
